Ruikun AI respects user privacy and is designed to collect only the information needed to operate a creator-controlled video automation workflow. This website is static and does not intentionally collect cookies, analytics, payment data, or form submissions.

3. Information We May Collect

The service may collect TikTok account authorization information required to upload or publish videos through TikTok's official APIs, generated content such as scripts, captions, voiceovers, and video files, and basic technical logs needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to generate AI news videos, upload or publish videos to the user's own TikTok account when authorized, maintain and secure the service, troubleshoot technical issues, and respond to user requests.

5. Legal Bases

Where European data protection law applies, processing may rely on performance of a contract or pre-contractual request, the user's consent for TikTok authorization, legitimate interests such as security and troubleshooting, and legal obligations where applicable.

6. TikTok Data

Ruikun AI uses TikTok Login only to authorize access to the user's own TikTok account. The service does not sell TikTok data, does not share TikTok data with advertisers, does not access private TikTok content, does not collect data from other TikTok users, and does not use TikTok data for profiling or unrelated advertising.

7. Generated Content

The service may generate scripts, captions, voiceovers, and videos using artificial intelligence and automated tools. Users are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use third-party service providers, such as AI model providers, hosting providers, storage providers, automation providers, security providers, and platform API providers, only as needed to operate the service.

9. International Transfers

The service may rely on providers that process data in several countries. Where European data protection law applies and data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards should be used, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or equivalent lawful mechanisms.

10. Data Retention

Generated files, authorization tokens, and technical logs are retained only as long as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, or improve the service, unless a longer period is required by law or the user requests deletion earlier.

11. User Control

Users may revoke TikTok access at any time through their TikTok account settings. Users may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or portability of their data, subject to applicable law.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect authorization tokens, generated files, and related service data. API keys, TikTok client secrets, access tokens, refresh tokens, and workflow credentials must not be stored in public repositories or static website files. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.

13. Complaints

If European data protection law applies, users may have the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority, including the CNIL in France.
