1. Service Overview

Ruikun AI is a private content creation and automation workflow that helps authorized users create short-form videos about artificial intelligence and technology news.

2. Acceptable Use

By using this service, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in compliance with TikTok's Terms of Service, TikTok's Community Guidelines, TikTok developer policies, platform policies, intellectual property rules, advertising rules when applicable, and all applicable laws and regulations, including French and European Union law where applicable.

3. Generated Content

The service may generate scripts, captions, voiceovers, images, and videos using artificial intelligence and automated processing. Generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for publication.

Users are fully responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and publishing any generated content. Ruikun AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, originality, legality, safety, platform compliance, or timeliness of generated content.

4. Prohibited Content

Users must not use the service to create, upload, or publish misleading, harmful, infringing, spam, deceptive, unlawful, discriminatory, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, violent, privacy-invasive, or policy-violating content.

5. Source Material

The service may use publicly available news and technology sources to create summaries, scripts, and original commentary. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of source material complies with copyright, database rights, publicity rights, and other applicable rights.

6. TikTok Connection

The service connects to TikTok only with the user's authorization and only for the purpose of uploading or publishing videos to the user's own TikTok account through TikTok's official APIs. Users must not share access tokens, attempt to access accounts they do not control, or use automation to impersonate another person or entity.

7. Security Responsibilities

Users must keep their accounts, devices, passwords, and connected workflow credentials secure. Ruikun AI should be operated with least-privilege credentials, secure storage for API keys and tokens, and reasonable safeguards against unauthorized access.

8. Data Protection

Use of the service may involve processing personal data. The service is intended to collect only data necessary for account authorization, content generation, publishing, security, troubleshooting, and user support. More information is available in the Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

The service may be changed, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time. No uptime, publishing result, audience reach, monetization outcome, or platform approval is guaranteed.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ruikun AI is provided without warranties. Users remain responsible for their use of the service, their source material, their generated content, their platform accounts, and their publication decisions.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means acceptance of the updated Terms.
